- Enhance the "look and livability" of the Ormond Heritage
Condominium.
- Monitor the overall quality of the maintenance and
appearance of the grounds including:
- Grass areas, plants and planting areas.
- Exterior walkways, driveways, parking areas, and the pool
are.
- Performance of the irrigation system.
- Lawn and landscape maintenance agreement(s).
- Any plant replacement or recommended new planting.
