Annual Meeting: The annual meeting of the Association is held on the first Saturday of November. The 2019 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held in the Ballroom at 10:00 AM on November 2, 2019.
Board of Directors Meetings: Except when large owner participation is anticipated, board meetings will be held in the second-floor meeting room. Meetings will be held as scheduled or need arises with notice provided a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting barring emergency circumstances. Board Meetings are added to the calendar below as scheduled. For a listing of scheduled board meeting dates, please see the Board page in the owner’s section.
Committee Meetings: Committee meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Each individual committee page has a listing of any currently scheduled meetings. As with Board meetings, notice of meetings will be provided a minimum of 48 hours before any meetings.
Social Events: The Social Committee sponsors regular gatherings and arranges several events associated with holidays throughout the year. Please see the calendar below for these dates.
