Annual Meeting: The annual meeting of the Association is held on the first Saturday of November. The 2018 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held in the Ballroom at 10Am on November 3, 2018.
Board of Directors Meetings: Except when large owner participation is anticipated, board meetings will be held in the second floor meeting room. Meetings will be called as necessary, and will be announced 48 hours prior to the meeting. Board Meetings scheduled for the 2017/18 term are listed below. Additional meetings may be scheduled as the need arises.
Committee Meetings: Committee meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis. On January 18, 2018 the Finance and Insurance Committee decided to schedule meetings in the Second Floor Meeting Room at 2PM on each Monday preceding a board meeting planned for Thursday or Saturday of the same week.
Social Events: The Social Committee sponsors regular gatherings, and arranges several events associated with holidays though out the year.
